Bacon Bobcats Historic Game



Saturday's intense game will go down in history one Bobcat fans have been repeating all week. Bacon Bobcats football came back from a 13 to 47 at the half to winning the game 48 to 47 against the Windham Whippets. At the end of the third quarter the score was 47-19 Bacon picked up the heat and the magic happened 2 onside kicks from Trey Geisman (a sophmore) where recovered. Quarterback Brendan Cullen (26 for 45 and 301 yards) was in the zone his passes caught by Alex Couture who made 14 catches and 163 yards. At the end the 2 point conversion gave us the victory . Bacon will go down in history tying a State Record, being down 28 points and coming back for the win they have tied the record from the 1972-1973 season between St Josephs and Trumbull
