Great Websites For Home Buyers

Buying a home in Southeastern Connecticut? Here are some websites to check out that will help you in your search for information about towns, and the services they offer, as well as property information, mill rates, and more.
Many towns in the Colchester area have their own official websites, which include hours of operation, school links, calendar of events, and so on.
Colchester, Salem, Lebanon, Montville, Bozrah, Griswold, and Ledyard all have websites with lots of information that you will need if you're planning on moving there, or if you just want more information about the town before you make that decision.
If you are not from the state, I'd recommend checking out Connecticut Magazine's website because this will give you an all around view of the state with articles about various towns, their annual rating of towns by size and lifestyle quality, and other information about restaurants, hotels, even hospitals and doctors.
Want to make sure the person you're hiring to do some work for you has a license to do it? Go to ct-clic.com which is the State of Connecticut's official licensing website. If they aren't listed here, you might want to find somebody who is before you let them work on your house.
